Announcement for the purchase of equipment for Ukrainian partner-universities within Erasmus+ Project PAGOSTE

The consortium of the Erasmus+ project "New mechanisms of partnership-based governance and standardization of vocational teacher education in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)", which includes universities located in Kyiv, Odessa and Kharkiv, plans to purchase equipment according to the attached plan and is inviting interested supplier to provide preliminary supply proposals.

The consortium notes that the above procurement plan may be refined depending on the actual availability of certain types of equipment from potential suppliers and the relevant price proposals.

The procurement of equipment under this project, which is registered by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as an international technical assistance project, must comply with Article 3 of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the European Commission, according to which such equipment purchases are not subject to taxes (including VAT), customs duties or other penalties of a similar nature.

The consortium is ready to consider preliminary proposals of suppliers taking into account the following:

  • submission of tender proposals for parts of the subject of procurement (lots) by these tenders by the Customer is not provided. The tender offer is submitted in relation to the subject of procurement in general;
  • the equipment must be new, not used before;
  • suppliers may offer other models of equipment with similar characteristics, which should not be worse than those specified by the Customer;
  • the supply of equipment originating in the Russian Federation is unacceptable and will not be considered;
  • suppliers must inform the availability of service centers for warranty service of equipment in the cities where they plan to supply or clearly indicate how the warranty service is planned to be provided in these cities;
  • the warranty period for the equipment must be at least 12 months from the date of receipt of the equipment;
  • suppliers must indicate prices in Euros, excluding VAT. Prices should be indicated taking into account the delivery of equipment to the recipient;
  • delivery of equipment must be carried out by transport or at the expense of the Supplier, loading and unloading works at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery of equipment is carried out at the location of each educational institution;
  • prices for equipment in expense invoices must be converted at the NBU exchange rate of hryvnia to euro on the date specified in the relevant expense invoice;
  • supply will be carried out under a tripartite agreement (payer, supplier, recipients).

Call about carrying out purchase of service

The call for the provision of services of designing and developing an online web platform under the Grant Agreement of the EU project of international technical assistance of the Erasmus + KA2 Capacity Building in Higher Education project № 609536-EPP-1-2019-1-DE-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP «New mechanisms of partnership-based governance and standardization of vocational teacher education in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)»

The consortium of the project «New mechanisms of partnership-based governance and standardization of vocational teacher education in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)» which includes Ukrainian organizations, including the Institute of Vocational Education and Training of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, plans to develop an online platform for communication and cooperation of all stakeholders involved in the training and education of VET teachers. The already developed concept of the platform should be technically implemented on the hosting of the Institute of Vocational Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which coordinates the implementation of this project task. In this regard, developers who have the necessary experience in web design and development and have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide this type of service are invited to participate in the competition for the technical implementation of the concept and development of this web platform.   • developers must indicate prices in Euros, excluding VAT,
  • the service will be provided under a tripartite agreement (payer, developer, recipient).

Announcement of purchase for services of publishing promotional products within the project PAGOSTE

The consortium of the project "New management mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of teacher training in Ukraine (PAGOSTE)", which includes universities located in Kyiv, Odessa and Kharkiv, plans to purchase promotional equipment according to the attached plan, and invites interested parties to provide preliminary supply proposals. In this regard, you are invited to participate in the competition for the technical implementation of the development and manufacture of printed promotional products, business entities that have the necessary experience and have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide this type of service.

The provision of services under this project, which is registered by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as an international technical assistance project, must comply with Article 3 of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Communities. penalties of a similar nature.

  • business entities have a positive experience in the development and manufacture of printed promotional products;
  • business entities have a professional team for the development and production of printed promotional products;
  • business entities may provide a list of technologies used for the technical implementation of the development and manufacture of promotional products;
  • promotional products must be made in the highest (premium) quality and using digital printing technology;
  • business entities must indicate prices in Euro, excluding VAT; delivery of promotional production must be carried out by transport or at the expense of the Supplier, loading and unloading works at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery is carried out at the location of each educational institution;
  • prices for promotional production in expense invoices must be converted at the exchange rate of the NBU hryvnia to the euro on the date specified in the relevant expense invoice;
  • supply will be carried out under the agreement (payer non-resident of Ukraine, supplier resident of Ukraine).
